I attended a concert at the nearby castle and found this hotel to be a great location. The staff was cute. They made check-in quick. The room was clean. Breakfast offered good choices.
The internet connection in my room was somewhat unreliable. It made streaming difficult.

The staff were kind and helpful. I found the room very clean upon arrival. The breakfast includes a wide variety of choices. I appreciated the location, so close to the main attractions.
The bathroom did not have a blind, so I was like privacy was not very good because of the frosted glass.

The breakfast had excellent options. I saw vegetarian choices, good quality ingredients, and well-cooked meals. The restaurant also offers crab and lobster bisque in tagliatelle. Apple strudel and ice cream are available for dessert.

The hotel is near many boutique shops, bars, and restaurants. I noticed the hotel is superbly situated. The Cathedral and Castle are just a short walk away. Many tea rooms and pubs are also in the area.

The staff exuded pure kindness. Our room was beautiful, decorated so thoughtfully, and the food was AMAZING!!! I especially savored the fresh, flavorful dishes at the restaurant, it was a culinary poem.
I noticed the room could benefit from enhanced attention to cleanliness. Some areas needed a bit more care.
